Spray Painter / Automotive Refinisher - Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington

The Automotive Refinisher is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are painted and finished to the highest quality standard, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of activities with the Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Panel Beater - Hamilton & Wellington

The Panel Beater is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest quality standard, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of activities with the Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Estimator - Ngauranga, Wellington

The Estimator is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are estimated accurately, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and coordination of activities with the Centre Manager, Production Manager and Customer Services Representatives. The Estimator has a customer-centric attitude and communicates professionally with our customers, who feel confident to leave their vehicle with Repairhub to be repaired.

Trainee Automotive Plastic Repairer - Sydenham, Christchurch

This is an exciting position for someone new to the collision repair industry or an experienced person wanting a new challenge. The successful applicant will receive full training at in all aspects related to repairing plastic parts on motor vehicles to become a qualified plastic repairer. 

Automotive Dismantler / Reassembler - Ngauranga, Wellington

The Automotive Dismantler and Reassembler is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are dismantled and reassembled to the highest quality standard as set out by Repairhub. This important work focuses on timely planning and co-ordination of processes and activities with the Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Customer Care Team Lead - Ngauranga, Wellington

A Customer Care Team Lead will act as the senior contact point for our customers, supporting and communicating with them through the repair of their vehicle. They are the voice and face of Repairhub for our customers, responsible for their overall experience with Repairhub. The best Customer Care Team Leaders are genuinely excited to help customers, they’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to listen, understand then respectfully communicate. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer service representatives, they are confident, calm and know how to support our customers in challenging situations. Leading other Customer Care staff to deliver a continually outstanding customer experience.

Parts Administrator - Ngauranga, Wellington

The Parts Administrator is responsible for the administration and organisation of parts at Repairhub. They ensure the parts are of the highest quality standard. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of activities with the Estimator, Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Production Manager - Ngauranga, Wellington

A Production Manager is the leader of the repair team and manages the workshop ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to specification, to the highest quality standards and that the production targets are met on a weekly basis.

This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of processes and activities with the repair technicians, carried out with safely at the forefront.

Automotive Plastic Repairer - Ngauranga, Wellington

This is an exciting position for someone passionate about all aspects of repairing plastic parts on motor vehicles using the latest industry technology. The Plastic Repairer will be responsible for ensuring parts are repaired to the highest quality standard as set out by Repairhub.

Automotive Refinisher Assistant - Ngauranga, Wellington

The Automotive Refinisher Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are prepared so they can be painted and finished to the highest quality standard as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of processes and activities with the Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Colour Mixer - Ngauranga, Wellington

The Automotive Colour Mixer is responsible for selecting the correct colour variant and tinting for refinishing of vehicles to the highest quality standard as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of processes and activities with the Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Groomer - Ngauranga, Wellington

The Groomer is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are groomed and detailed to the highest quality standard ready for return to Repairhub customers. This work requires timely planning and co-ordination of processes and activities with the Production Manager, Customer Services and Repair Technicians.

Senior Business Analyst - East Tamaki, Auckland

The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic management of data, reporting, systems, and compliance. Leading systems management and development efforts, the Senior Business Analyst optimises business processes and workflows through collaboration and project management. Procurement Specialist - East Tamaki, Auckland

The Procurement Specialist role acts as a support to the Procurement Manager and delivers benefits to RepairHub through effective management and administration of supplier and contractual relationships and performance, conducting data analysis and market research and delivering cost reductions through formal market approaches and negotiations. The Procurement Specialist is also responsible for supporting the procurement of business goods and services. They take advantage of supply chain improvement opportunities and manage all the business leases using their commercial expertise.
