Spray Painter / Automotive Refinisher - Christchurch

The Automotive Refinisher is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are painted and finished to the highest quality standard, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of activities with the Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Panel Beater - Auckland, Hamilton & Christchurch

The Panel Beater is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest quality standard, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of activities with the Production Manager and Repair Technicians.

Estimator - Auckland, Christchurch

The Estimator is responsible for ensuring all vehicles are estimated accurately, within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the approved repair specifications as set out by Repairhub. This is achieved by the timely planning and coordination of activities with the Centre Manager, Production Manager and Customer Services Representatives. The Estimator has a customer-centric attitude and communicates professionally with our customers, who feel confident to leave their vehicle with Repairhub to be repaired.

Trainee Automotive Plastic Repairer - Auckland

This is an exciting position for someone new to the collision repair industry or an experienced person wanting a new challenge. The successful applicant will receive full training at in all aspects related to repairing plastic parts on motor vehicles to become a qualified plastic repairer. Automotive Electrician/Mechanic

We are seeking a automotive technician. Duties will involve ADAS calibrations, vehicle diagnostic scanning, light mechanical repairs, and air conditioning, electrical fault finding and wheel alignment. Training will be provided in using the diagnostic and ADAS equipment. You will be working closely with the National ADAS manager to roll out ADAS, Electrical, Light Mechanical repairs program at our Wairau Valley site and potentially all our centres. This role will build into a management role over time.

Customer Care Team Lead - Wairau Valley

A Customer Care Team Lead will act as the senior contact point for our customers, supporting and communicating with them through the repair of their vehicle. They are the voice and face of Repairhub for our customers, responsible for their overall experience with Repairhub. The best Customer Care Team Leaders are genuinely excited to help customers, they’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to listen, understand then respectfully communicate. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer service representatives, they are confident, calm and know how to support our customers in challenging situations. Leading other Customer Care staff to deliver a continually outstanding customer experience.

Parts Administrator - Wairau Valley and Hamilton

The Parts Administrator is responsible for the administration and organisation of parts at Repairhub. They ensure the parts are of the highest quality standard. This is achieved by the timely planning and co-ordination of activities with the Estimator, Production Manager and Repair Technicians.
